Host the cracker barrel in a RadarScreen page. Install the SST Radar study to create a firecracker spotter.
A RadarScreen window has 5 menus, 4 of which are titled: Timeframe, Studies, Data, and Settings. The menu at the far right is a button that affords Radar window customization.
Add the SST Radar study via the Add Study menu item on the Studies menu.
Set the Timeframe set to 6 ticks: this is necessary for the Radar study to work.
Double-click on a column in the Radar study to sort by the values in that column.
Right-click on the Radar study for a popup menu. Uncheck Update value intra-bar to minimize data pull. With that setting, Radar data is only updated at the close of a bar.
Set display options for a Radar via the Page menu item on the Settings menu.
Right click a Radar entry to remove it without speaking to listening charts.
Custom Symbol Lists
TradeStation stores custom symbol lists on the home drive (C), in the folder: user-account\Documents\TradeStation 10.0\CustomSymbolLists\. Put the crackers.csl file in that folder and it will appear as a custom symbol list.
Add a custom symbol list to a Radar page.
You can view or edit custom symbol lists within the Desktop program. crackers.csl is a text file. To edit the file in a text editor, set the file (.csl extension) to be opened in NotePad++.
