The Manager, which TradeStation terms TradeManager, is a ledger of your orders and a result tally. Access Manager pages via tabs at the bottom of the window. Balances and Orders are useful pages.

Balances tells you where you are at.

Orders lists your positions.

Set what you see for balances and orders via the Settings menu.

Set the columns for the Orders window via the Columns menu item.

Set the look of the windows via the Window menu item.

Set the columns for the Balances window via the Balances menu item.

Set preferences via the Preferences menu item. The Orders tab of the Preferences dialog lets you set notifications of trades. Sound notification of filled and rejected orders may be helpful.
