An application is a TradeStation feature with a window display. The applications used for minuting are charts (Chart Analysis), Matrix, Trade Bar, Radar (RadarScreen), and Manager (TradeManager). Applications are initially accessed via the File menu, as shown below.The Trade Bar is a Matrix adjunct application.

Copy and paste an open window to create a duplicate, which then can be differentiated via customization. Right-click on the window to copy it, then right-click again to paste it.  Multiple charts on a workspace are typically made this way.
