This is not the cracker barrel.
A MultiCharts Scanner application provides a watchlist window. Via the SST Radar study, you can watch which crackers are currently firecrackers.
Creating a Cracker Barrel Radar
To create a cracker barrel radar:
1) Remove display of all other fields via the right-click popup menu.
2) Link the Scanner application globally.
3) Set instrument settings as shown below. Right click on a stock/instrument symbol and select “Format Instrument” from the popup menu that appears.
“Resolution” must be 6 ticks and “Build Volume On” must be “Trade Volume” for the Radar study to work properly. To optimize data pull, set “Use Custom Data Range” to 60 bars back.
4) Add the SST Radar study. Right-click in a blank part of a Scanner window. A popup menu appears. Select “Insert Study…”. A dialog appears. Select the SST Radar study.
The SST Radar study has 4 columns. Set the style settings as shown: number format, no decimals. The colors do not matter, as the study sets colors.
5) Type in the crackers in the cracker barrel.
