The MultiCharts DOM has 2 sections: a price ladder on top and a trade bar at bottom. Use the price ladder to place limit orders. Use the trade bar to set quantity (according to safe stake) and order duration (set to Day).
Right-click on a blank part of a DOM to show an options popup menu.
Format Colors
Suggested colors are shown.
MultiCharts shows order volumes, which are distracting for minuting. Alas, there is no option to shut this off. So, blot it out: set cells which would show order volume to be the same color foreground and background. This includes the last trade cell and positions and volumes columns.
As a suggestion, use a color picker program to get the colors shown in the image.
